I sauteed Purple potatoes, Purple Cabbage, Yellow Onion, 2 small Eggplants, a bit of chicken, along with some chopped up garlic in Olive Oil for lunch today.
I seasoned this generously with Himalayan Salt, Tumeric, Ginger, Basil and a bit of Nutmeg.
Zowy was it bursting in flavor, taste and appearance!
All Organically grown veggies, along with the chicken too and all the spices. The taste tells the difference in where our foods are sourced from and how they burst with flavor all adding to an enjoyable dining experience.
