What you choose to do today can and will make a difference in the quality of your own life, but also in another’s life if you choose to; promote peaceful means in relating, show acts of kindness, be sincere and authentic.

We all have the same amount of time in a day. We all have been given opportunities to choose how we will live out our lives.

Many discount Christianity due to the hypocritical way they see people not follow what they are teaching. I can understand as I am a Christian and I too see pastors/leaders/speakers/lay persons who often are false or fake in regards to their teachings.

What I have done in the biblical sense is to distance myself from those I discern do not have the heart of my Father God and do not associate with them.

It is disheartening to hear stories of how persons are treated behind the closed doors of some churches, but I have to remember, people are human and they are not God.

People have faults, will fail and will succumb to following idols of their own desires.

Jesus came into this world to offer us a way of being where we would discover the true meaning of life and His genuine love.

If you have been hurt, abused, treated harshly by a person who professes to be a Christian, remember, they are not Jesus and do not represent the truth of His love for you.

Ask Jesus to show Himself to you today in a real and vital way and He will.

His love is who draws us to Himself and His love makes the difference in my life and in all those lives of the men and woman whom I have come to know as the real deal in walking the talk of Jesus’ teachings.

We will never avoid those who have fallen sway to serving themselves, greed, money, prosperity Christianity, and we will never stop those who serve power and misuse the authority God has given them.

All we can do is become responsible for our own lives and promote the authentic gospel and the way of the cross in our everyday ordinary lifestyles.

We cannot judge an entire people group because of a few, or a lot of sour apples.

Yet, we tend to do just that.

Let us be mindful, people will fail and people will disappoint.  Don’t allow human persons who skew biblical understanding for their own profit and gain to sway you from knowing God. God will never let you down.

God will stand with you no matter what you are going through, as He is in all of life; joy and sorrow.

God never fails and He never disappoints.  God pursues each one of us with His intimate love and He desires for us to know Him and to be known by Him.

The way of the cross is the way of Jesus.

His way is the way of love, the way of truth and the way of authentic gospel living.
