1 3/4 cup organic coconut oil – melted
2 cups stevia – powder (I use only 1 cup)
2 cups chocolate
8 teaspoons vanilla extract
some squirts of Agave
Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Wait for the coconut oil to cool down after heating as you can burn the chocolate and it will stick in clumps. Line a pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap and pour mixture into pan. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Take out, cut up anyway you like and put into bags and store in the freezer. Take out as you desire.
This is so tasty and delicious!
As it can be tough to cut, I just put knife in and break into pieces and eat from them as I desire. This recipe is so easy and quick to make and it has healthy ingredients with the coconut oil, along with the powered cocoa.
