Morning Smoothie Recipe

IMG_1458I make my own concoctions of smoothies to enjoy varying nutritional benefits along with discovering different flavors and tastes.  I also use all organic ingredients!

I use my small Ninja blender to make these smoothies.

 

Fill 1/2 container with filtered water and 1/2 with my own homemade Ginger Kombucha

Add handful blueberries and whole cranberries (can be either fresh or frozen)

Add handful fresh Kale

Add tsp cinnamon

Add 1 scoop Vital Reds (Dr. Gundry)

Add dollop of dark maple syrup (dark has added nutritional benefits)

 

Blend all ingredients until everything is mixed in and drink, enjoying the fruity flavor and the smooth taste of this energizing morning drink.  I often make a pick me up smoothie for mid afternoon (using lemons) to enjoy along with it being an energizer.
